You agree that you are the owner and copyright and/or trademark holder of the media file(s) you are submitting and/or you have the legal right to distribute them to us and grant all the permissions required herein. You grant us permission to use, distribute, modify, and alter the media files you send to us any way we choose and do so indefinitely. In the case that we are sued in relation to the media files you have provided, you agree to be the responsible party. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of state of Tennessee. You agree that you have the full legal capacity to make this agreement.
